What Does the following chest X-ray Indicate?

Hi. I saw result on my boardmate s CHEST PA who already transferred last Nov. 2015 today. Nov 14, 2014 - Result says PTB is entertained.Suggest interval follow-ip. Feb 12, 2015- PTB at the left upper lobe w/ minimal residual fibrosis. Apr 23, 2015 - Result says PTB at the upper left lobe. Does this mean she has a TB? ?Am really bothered. Thank You.

Chest X ray usually can only indicate TB, but cannot be diagnostic.
A sputum examination (culture/microscopy) is needed to confirm.
Meanwhile you can try finding out whether she was treated for TB in the past or if any of her close contacts of had TB or history of TB. A past TB can still leave permanent sign on chest X ray, even after successful treatment.
Please see a chest physician.
